Celebrity professional fitness trainer Tony Horton has created the P90X workout program. The name, P90X stands for “Power 90-Day Extreme.” This extreme fitness program is designed to transform fat, flabby bodies into lean, hard bodies in 90 days.

The workout program consists of 12 DVDs. Each DVD focuses on training the upper and lower body in scheduled intervals. The intervals are divided into intense fitness segments that effectively combine plyometrics, light free weights, resistance bands, yoga, martial arts, stretching, abdominal exercises and a three phase diet plan.This is simply the best workout program P90X, it involves using intense training that alternates between the upper and lower body. The P90X program is divided into three phases that are created to be performed for 90 days straight without break.
